#TellYourStory | What made me finally start my own business/startup...

article image placeholderUploaded by @steviecolors
There are different things that I like, tech things that I need for my business. How do you pay for those things so that you can build your business if there's no money coming in from anywhere? And I think the unfortunate truth is a lot of people have partners or parents or support systems somewhere. Maybe these people have spent years and years and years and years just saving, so they're just living off of their savings

My less than elegant entrance into entrepreneurship. #WelcomePrompts #startabusiness

Thank you so much for sharing this. I feel like it's really rare to hear stories that are so, like, realistic. I feel like, yeah, people talk very vaguely about working really hard and starting from the bottom. And of course, not to discount anybody else's progress, but I feel like what the situation that you're explaining is really just real

You'd be amazed at the people who are willing to give you a piece of advice, put you in the right direction, that can help you build your business and continue to build your business. So definitely don't hide. Let people know what you're working on and you'd be stunned at how helpful people can be. Thanks

You. Thank you for that. It is difficult sometimes to acknowledge in what feels like a position that everyone else, yes, they struggle with, but then they succeed, and it feels like I don't really have the direction to succeed, I just have the direction to struggle and being it, I mean, even just the smallest thing, even just your comment helps, reminding me that it is realistic to be in a very different struggle at the beginning of a business

It's the sales pitch, because I don't doubt the quality of my content. I doubt the ability I have to convince people that they need my services. And when you say don't hide, what I hear is I actually wrote a novel. And while I was writing it, I didn't tell anyone. I just wrote it and I edited it and I self published it. And then I told people I have a book

You, I really think you are headed in a very good direction. I mean, you're headed out, you are prohibited an entrepreneur and you want to do for yourself, earn your own money, have your own businesses online and that's a good thing. I'm one of those people as well too. I've been doing this for years. I've been on having businesses doing, selling and selling for years. So it became a thing for me
