Doing business in tough markets
Talk about what are the things that you can do as a co, as a leader to generate additional business. But more importantly, now is the time to gather your teams in a room and get creative. Throw spitball ideas on the whiteboard and see what you can come up with. You may be surprised at the incredible insights that your employees give you because they're talking to your clients every day. So here's a suggestion. Why not ask those employees, what are their customers saying to them?
