Favorite Meal to cook
I absolutely cannot wait to make it again. And when I stopped using the service after the discount I have with it is over, I 100% will be using this recipe on a regular basis because it's just so good. This week, I also had Japanese salad, vegetable fritters, and kidney bean meatballs, and both meals were just incredible. Oh, my gosh
And then for dinner, typically, I always have, like, sweet potato, maybe some chickpeas or tofu, like, greens, lots of lots of greens. But lately I've just been buying vegan, like, ravioli, and that was so good. On my off days, I'll just kind of, like, microwave a frozen meal, but, yeah, it's tough
And it's nice that it's all pre portioned. I don't have to worry about cooking too much or cooking too little. But I would be more than willing to send you some of the recipes that I come from it because the majority of what I'm getting is vegan. And even the vegetarian dishes or meat dishes, you could easily swap out the animal products for the vegan equivalent

Hey, Stephanie. I can totally relate to this swell, particularly the part about eating out too much during the pandemic. I'm still doing that a little bit too often, even though I really love cooking. I just I was finding that at the end of my work day, I'm just a little too tired to dedicate the amount of time to cooking that I normally like to. That being said, my favorite dish to cook is my chili that I make
Oh, my goodness. I love chili. I agree. Playing with the spices and doing something different a little bit each time just really makes it that much more fun and interesting, I think. I don't know that I've ever made it's chili the exact same way twice ever in my adult life. So I attached a picture for the last time that I made chili, and it was spicy. My boyfriend and my roommate were like, why are you trying to kill us?
