That's my protein. I clicked on the sequence and I click on for the PDF part, but when I downloaded and I clicked on it, it was no type of how how do I call it? The download was empty. So you said you put in fan F-A-N. If you say F-A-N. Let's do that. And then let's say and then you scroll down there's, the optional parameters just go ahead and skip that part for now. If you want to play with it later, that's up to you. But the button I went straight to is the one that says Generate. Click that button. And then you'll see right below there where it says Outputs. You see there's a timer that starts processing
So that might mess up your wording, it might mess up your poem, but then you can always redo it until you find a letter that is consistent for you, that you like. And here I give an example of just like a sentence that I said. I said I am the bestest game tasker. So that's an example if you are doing a poem. And so in your screenshot, just make sure the sequence is visible
And then when I go there, like I said, if I'm using Fan, I click on that, they give me everything and then it shows everything that you said. And then I could do that. Now with the helix and the alpha, the shrink bias and the loop bias, does that affect anything moving it to different numbers? Tell me more about that. Like, do I have to do it?
See what different iterations come out and just keep playing around with it. You can put in one sequence, play and then differ the numbers. Play around and see what comes out a couple of times. Again, this is up until Monday, so you have it up until Monday, so you can play around it for a while. You probably want to start with sequences that are greater than, like, 20 amino acids for you to start seeing something. That's why I gave the limit of minimum 50 to 100, because that's when you really start seeing some good structures coming out that are like good pictures. So, yeah, let me know if that's a bit more clearer
It don't matter how I use, I can use O's, I can use all that stuff, it don't matter. But just as part of the protein that I pick, that's the one that matter. In the sense of not having those letters. So that's the part also I'm confused with that. How do you get it to 50 to 100? Because that's just the name. How do we get the whole thing to become 50 to 100? That's the part I don't understand too
And so your task is to get a poem or phrase like I am the best taskmaster or Fan. Fan to about 50 to 100 amin acids. So it needs to be longer than that. So you need to get a phrase that is that long, type it in there and put it into protein generator. So you need to come up with that 50 to 100 part. Okay? For instance, for example, you have F-A-N right? You could say Fanfanfanfanfan 20 times. That's three times 20
