After you've gone through the fire, after you've done the work, after you've slayed the demons and dragons within yourself and sat with your pain and your shadows to master it and come out as that shining beacon of light at the end, you're not one thing or the other, but you are equal parts of your dark and your light. That is when you're able to appreciate the present moment and all the little things within it, you realize that that is the happiness
