Hiding In Plain Sight!

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone that has started to follow me and has sent me messages on my first post about hidden teenage or adult pregnancy. In my first post, I explained how I was 16 years old and was raped and didn't tell anyone and had the baby. Now, this definitely didn't just happen because of this particular incident. This goes so far back in my childhood that was not spoken about or talked about because that was the era that we grew up in

Don't forget to take care of yourself because in doing that, you'll be healthier, you'll heal more wholly, and you will be more of the person you want to be for others as well. So wishing you much luck and peace on your continued healing journey. And thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing. Bless you

And they're 33 and 29, and it just baffles me that our parents are just so shut off to reality. And I'm just happy to hear that. Not happy. I guess I feel validated in feeling the way I feel when I hear someone else has gone through the same thing. So I really appreciate your comments. And like I said, I 100% believe in self healing, and this is just part of my journey, so I'm going to just keep doing it

And I'm able to say, okay, maybe it wasn't just my mom. Maybe it was her generation. And I haven't really thought about it that way, but I think my mom has slowly but surely learned to appreciate my way of being and my way of doing things. For example, I got an abortion last year. And my mom, at first I was considering not telling her, not telling my family, just keeping it private

It's sad. And we have a toxic relationship and I grew up without my father, so I basically don't have a parent role model, which is okay. I have flipped that around and tried to be one of the better or best that I know how to be to my boys. And I do live in Utah, so a lot of people get judged for a lot of things out here. I mean, small things. And just not being Mormon, you're judged

Hey there. Pretty wild. I actually lived in Utah as well, very freshly. I'm very, very new. I moved here in May of 2022, so about six months ago. And yeah, I think maybe it's just who I have chosen to spend my time around or where I involved myself
