Figure out what you need to do and work towards it. That way, hopefully, you can either get that promotion or find another organization that will see your value and put you in a position to be successful

Hey, thanks so much for this. This is so this is such simple but important advice, I think. Yeah. And I loved it all down to the building your skills, like volunteering or just thinking about building your skills in a creative way in a different way. That's really awesome advice. Thank you so much
