CWH/Week Two: Introductory journal questions
I think that we sometimes take for granted what it means to not just put pen to paper or fingers on a keyboard or speaking out louder, even at the very least, just taking time to self reflect in silence. It does so many things for us physiologically that I think we sometimes overlook them.
