I totally hear you. The full moon kind of threw my week out of whack as well, but it's nice to hear your prompts again. There's a few that I feel really excited to tackle and some that I'm a bit scared too, so maybe I should do those first, see what comes up. But yeah. You. Hey. I'm about ready to record this week's recordings of journal prompts, and I wanted to check in to see how you're feeling. Have you recovered from the full moon week? I'm feeling better, but definitely still feeling some after effects. I haven't been sleeping well, so I don't know if that's something you're experiencing as well. But would it be weird to exchange, like, contact information, or should we just communicate through here?
