Don't worry about editing, just free write. See what comes up. Third way is obviously using a little bit of what I'm doing now. Use your voice. So maybe use a voice recorder to ask yourself the question and then answer with your voice. Sometimes it's easier to express vocally

And so I'm curious, if you will, the brainstorming prompts that you've presented here and digging into those, using those to answer them for ourselves. How do you transition that process for yourself from a solo endeavor to who having conversations worth having

I have a collaborative group on Facebook where people are always looking to collaborate with one another. There are many places that I can do and it all starts with me and what I am putting out there into the universe for myself. So if I don't go out there and make that list of my possible places that I can offer my services, of course that price, if I don't go out there and do that, I will never have a sale

If you're working on a book or if you just have to do list to do, just emails to catch up on, it was intentional, quiet space with the intention of just writing. And I was there for three and a half hours and I told myself, if I'm going to go, I am going to answer these questions that I've been posing to everybody and do the work. So I had a blank journal that I'd been saving for such a rare occasion as this program

And I think we need more of that than ever being able to acknowledge that individually and collectively, we are imperfect instead of. I think so often when we're looking at self help or mental wellness or ideas around this kind of thing, even relationships, we get idealized visions or ideas in our heads of what things are supposed to look like and then berate ourselves when we don't get there
