Daily connection exercises: Morning & Evening Pages
So, hopefully those will be helpful tools. I get a lot of people who will say I like to journal, but I sometimes don't know what to write. So hopefully these prompts will be a great way for you to begin. Maybe take a few questions, begin with those, add a few if you feel the need, but just put attention and intention into your answers. And don't worry about having a right answer or not writing enough

Hey. I loved listening to this, and and I do morning pages, but they're sort of just stream of consciousness. Kind of kept the brain cleansed for the rest of the day. But I really, really enjoyed the questions that you pose yourself, and I'm going to steal some of them because I was already having ideas for not for what I would answer, but, um, for the for the for the benefits that that could come along with them
I would love to know your name and actually would love to give you a little bit more of a sampling of what I do just to kind of touch a little bit more into this idea of journaling because it's a piece of my work that I'm extremely passionate about and that I want to do more of within my story projects. If you get this, I don't know how this works in terms of exchanging contact information, but I'm happy to send you a link, send you an email
