Kicking this January Monday in the a@@
Hey, friends. To quote the movie office space, today I have had a case of the Mondays. I am in Evansville, Indiana, where it is in single digits. It is very cold. It is dark. It's already dark now. And it's, to be quite honest, it's pretty miserable outside. And so to add upon that I work remotely from home. And so it made me think about Mondays in general and having the case of the Mondays. Mondays already suck

It's like, it is good to kind of get a little blush in those cheeks, if you can, or, yeah, just prepare something, a little something nice for myself at the end of the workday to kind of make it a little bit more doable. And then I will also say I take vitamin D in the winter. The sun goes DowN really early over here, and that is very helpful. And then also, I think lighting is really important
