Getting rid of that negative self talk

Some of us may still freak out or get upset when you think about a friend that you, quote, broke up with, or a friend that, quote, broke up with you when you were in high school, or you were in a bad relationship that you stayed in for a long time just because you thought you couldn't get anybody else or you were afraid to be alone. And so we would just put up with the things that people would tell us

Hey, Tiffany, thanks for the invite. It is very true that what we tell ourselves, what we believe is kind of like when we grew up and our parents, they told us things we believed know until society told us otherwise, or until we believed otherwise. But we believed exactly what they said, whether it was negative or know. They told us we were beautiful. We believe we were beautiful. And they told us know we were a mess. That's what we believe

Creating new synapses!

And I covered my pregnant walls with positive affirmations so that when a negative thought came up, all I'd have to do is glance around and pick from all the positive thoughts on the wall. So I had it at the ready so that I could fill my mind with the positive and let gratitude be my default. Above my door was a picture of me as a child. Since our child is our basic ego, keeping us safe. I put a picture of myself as a young girl
