That's always stated that it will generate jobs and then it'll be using green technology and completely sustainable. This has happened all over the country. This has been happening when people that have a lot of resources decide to pull their resources away from the problem or away from the problems they perceive, in some cases problems they've created so they can make this amazing area that's just going to be them
