article image placeholderUploaded by @souravghosh
Like I used to wake up whenever I wanted to and I would do whatever I feel like that can be scrolling social media, that can be watching something on mobile, that can be like anything. And maybe if there was walk pressure so maybe I will get started with walk right away. But over the years as I started facing different health challenges, mental health challenges, career issues, I have always been an entrepreneur

Sharing my journey of different morning experiences in this post.

Hey, congratulations on your first swell. So that's a very interesting topic. In fact, I made a swell cast on it the other day. Maybe you can check that out. It goes by, don't talk to me before 08:00. A.m. So I like to take my time. I like to have some me time before I can actually step out into the world. I do my things like reading, meditation, yoga. No, sorry for that

You. Hey, thank you for your response. In fact, I heard that post from your profile and that made me think about my morning ritual. And I'm going to share what I am doing from last few years that has helped me in this trade. And I actually have a few questions for you. How you manage that kind of, what should I say segmenting or time block for yourself that early in the morning?

Hi sourav. You know what, I think we've all gone through these phases at different points in our life where we feel that there are certain areas of improvement that can happen when we bring a certain discipline into the way we begin our day. And it is the same with me. I think I could resonate with a lot with what you said and shared

You. Thank you so much for sharing suja and if I heard it correctly, Shuddharshan Kriya. So you must have done Art of Learning courses, right? I had done this course, I think between my secondary and higher secondary examination or after the higher secondary examination, I had taken the Young adult course and I remember doing Sudha Santria. It has really impacted though I could not continue I did not continue that particular practice

My #MorningRitual that helped me start the day right, tune into the right #mindset, have better #clarity & #focus, be more #productive, #stress less

So here is how it works for me. I wake up around seven or a little before seven. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. I do not wake up before that. I will recommend a book by Matt Walker, why We Sleep. I'm obsessing over sleep and improving sleep is also helping my life a lot

Hi. Sora that's exactly right. Sudashan kriya, which is basically brought to the world by Sri Sri Ravishankarji, my guruji. And, yes, there is only I think Sudashan kriya is very naturally associated with the art of living. Art of living. Is the soul a custodian of the Sudashan kriya? And I think so you're very much right. I'm happy that you've also done the kriya. And yes, the change it brings into our life has to be experienced to be believed
