So the women who didn't meet this unrealistic standard of food size had their feet broken and bound tightly so that it does not grow long. The food binding was done when girls were merely like four to ten years. The feet were soaked in warm mixture of herbs and animal blood to soften them. And the toes were forcefully broken and curled under and was squeezed into the sole of the Fort. And this broken feet were so tightly wound by bandages that the girls literally became disabled

I know, right? They never teach this to us in school. That's so sad. Like, it continued for so long, and even I was unaware of it at the beginning. And when I knew about it, I told as many people as I could. Like, this thing happened, and no one really knows about this.
