"…A guest that I would love to have on my Spotify podcast someday would, of course, be Trevor Noah, the host of The Daily Show. One of my favorites, definitely, without a doubt. And somebody whose life has deeply, deeply inspired me over the last few years I've read so much about him. Is his book Born a Crime is an amazing autobiography.…"

"…Okay, so this actually involves a lot of research work and a bit of homework as well. I pick up a topic and then I research on that. I read a few books, maybe go through a bit of materials, and then I jot down the points on which I want to to create the podcasts to ensure that I am able to convey to my listeners or my audience how the particular topic concerns their life or society in general.…"

"…Imagine those countries, players from those countries coming to the contest thinking that we are going to spread the game into our country through our performances but just to realize that there is no broadcaster because people are busy with what the BCCI is doing. So I think it's important that other cricket boards get stronger. The United States of America cricket board is coming up slowly and steadily. I hope that they actually come up and create a bit of a power.…"

I heard you talking, and I actually really want to hear your podcast, maybe start watching a few games myself. I have a question. "…Hey, Tanjot, when I started doing this podcast, I only had one thing in my mind that is I wanted to reach out to a bigger audience. And not just the audience that was happy to discuss about sport, but also to the audience that does not really have much of an idea idea about sports, to just tell them and let them know that there's a different way of looking at things.…"

"…So I think in many ways the fact that I crossed the number 200 and reached more than 202 hundred place and currently I think I'm on 250. And the fact that my podcast is being heard outside India as well, a significant number of people have heard it in Germany, the United States of America, Singapore, Brazil, all these countries. The fact that I have breached the traditional fan base of cricket in particular, I'm just happy about it.…"

"…And amidst all of this, here was a man who was standing tall against the entire world, whether it was Australia, whether it was the hostile bits of England, whether it was the fearsome paceboarding portrait of West Indies. Sunil Gavaskar was always standing there. And in many ways, he was an epitome of what it meant to be an Indian in those days, resilient defined, and yet having the courage to go out there and achieve your dreams.…"
