I think people may get fixated depending on the outside of things and not understand the inside the intentions of things. And so again, I just wanted to come on here and just kind of remind you that setting intentions before your day even starts, it's so important, I feel, to how your day may even turn out. Take five minutes of your morning if you can, and just set those intentions on what you would like your day to look like
