Back surgery

You the most thing I ever planned for. As a question asked off the top of my head, I would say it was back surgery. Back surgery? And it's been a year now. That's 20. Oh, boy. 2022. I had the back surgery. Yes, I would have to say that

You. Thank you for sharing with us. Would you share more about your back surgery? What did you have done and how did your recovery go? Are you doing better than you were before the surgery?

Let me tell you, I don't know if I would do this surgery again, because at least I could walk before I was in such excruciating pain, where I would see stars. I mean, I would just walk a little bit, and I would see actually stars like you see in the cartoons when somebody get punched. You see all the stars. I would actually see stars. That's how bad the pain was. So I wanted to do anything to get rid of the pain

With last year's MRI, the doctor recommended a surgery where plates and screws would have to be placed in his back to help straighten his lower spine. He was around 420 pounds and they said the surgery was too risky and they really couldn't do it until he lost about 150 pounds. Since May of last year, he's lost 150 pounds with a crazy diet
