How do you Unplug

Because I think we all need to at some point to stay sane, and I don't think I've given enough time to that. I think this summer that I'm going to consciously work with my hands more. I put off a lot of things that bring me joy, that get me grounded and make me feel at peace. Those things, like whether it's watercoloring or I just began to knit. I'm just learning. You. Thanks for replying. And just knowing that you and your husband as a family are showing this and experiencing time off of technology with your daughter is a wonderful thing because that means that it's going to pass on into or onto our earth with at least one human. And I, my friends try to do the same. That's wonderful to hear and thanks for sharing. Bye

Hi pixel pixie. Thank you for the question. It's a cracking question, and there's science behind why it's really important. There's a really lovely Ted Talk by a lady called Manous Zamorodi that talks about why unplugging can lead to brilliant ideas. It's really, really lovely. Um, my my thing is exercise, whether that be a walk in nature, a ride on my bicycle or going for a swim
