This is such a beautiful message and I think it not only applies is applicable for first jan, I think it's applicable for almost every single day because every single day can be seen as a fresh new beginning. And it's absolutely, as you said, up to the individual how to go about it, how to utilize it, or whether that person just wants to take it easy, wants to lay low
