Glumohar [Delonix Regia or Royal poinciana] love by my Granny [Nani]
So today I'm going to talk about this beautiful gulmoha tree that blossoms in this hot summer. I think my granny saw that quality in me the first time she held me in her arms. So we used to go in a bus to our granny's village. It was a six hour long journey, fun at times my mom used to make sure that she book a seat just behind the driver so that I get a good view of roads, fields and carts

And since then, there has been a huge void in my life because there were so many things that we shared and I miss a lot. And somehow this post brought all those memories flooding back and I feel so choked, actually. But anyway, I wanted to just chime in here, also wanted to share a poem that I found about the Gulmoha, sort of. I felt very apt for this conversation we are having
