Sleep Week and Sleep in with Me

And that's to bring empathy for everyone that thinks they have a sleeping sleeping disorder or problem. Everybody's thinking about how sleepier they are and how hard it is. And that's when we try to strike for narcole, empathy. Empathy is my superpower, my ability to try to transfer an experience one has to another human being because we have to walk a mile in someone else's shoes before we truly understand and empathize without prior judgments that we might have prejudged them as lazy, et cetera

And I just want to take a moment to say thank you for sharing where you are and also for being a voice of advocacy and education for the people who don't know. I've had my fair share of insomnia, but that sounds like so far away from what you've experienced. It's still not pleasant to be up and not be able to sleep. I've been very blessed that it doesn't happen to me frequently, but when it does, it's incredibly challenging
