It's been tough dealing with ADHD, depression and OCD. These three things have been on my mind very, very long time. In a window therapy for the last six months. I think it's kind of helping and it's not I don't know. It's been more than 48 hours. Doesn't have caught a wink of sleep, not sleeping, overeating drinking. It's very difficult to get by the state. Hi Vishnu. Prayer. First of all, I want to say that it's not easy talking about your mental health on a social media platform. It takes a lot of guts. And I really appreciate you talking about your mental health struggles in here because yes, indeed, whenever we deal with stuff like this, whenever we deal with anxiety, depression, OCD, whatever may that be, I think we all feel really alone
