Are u really mentally not well or just listening to celebs talking u feel so ?

And there are counselors, there are societies, they are doctors, there are people who address to the situation and they even charge grants to just sit with you and talk to you, talk your heart out and counsel you about the same. A lot of interviews about the celebrities, B Dakadukon, B Kangana, they all have been talking about mental sickness and it has become a trend. Don't you agree with me? But is something mental sickness already there?

Hi. This is a very refreshing and brave take, I must say. And yes, I have also thought about it with a lot of people talking about mental health and wellness and I think my only problem ms with the approach, right. We are painting the world as a very dark place and where everybody is battling mental health. Yes, we are. So why can't we talk about solutions? Why don't we talk about breath meditation, right?

So I will just say just self care, a little bit of self care, giving little more time to yourself, giving little more rest your body and not haggling over the situations you can deal with your mental health. That's what I want to say about it. And I believe this will be helpful to many of you who are in this platform and who some way or the other

While it is great that more and more social media campaigns around mental health has destigmatize the topic and more than ever we have a lot of people talking about it, it has also encouraged this trend where people sometimes confuse their feeling sad as being depressed and feeling nervous as dealing with anxiety issues

Yes, I agree, but many people lost their dear ones or they lost their jobs or there were a lot of relationship issues during the Corvette times. I hope you all agree to it because there was too much of dealing with each other. Yes, but we can't really relate that to a mental stress. It was just a phase that also passed. It was a very big phase and that passed too

@sirf_gupshup @wordsmith I think the answer here isn’t binary.

So with our parents, what used to happen is survival was a serious concern. You don't show up to work, no matter how s***** your boss is, chances are you're going to lose your source of income and the government is definitely not going to help you. So what are you going to feed yourself or house yourself with? People would just forgo their mental wellness and do the thing that was required of them that is no longer necessary. Right

This was such an important topic that you talked about, and I hope that you and everyone else is taking care of themselves
@gaurangikaushik
Yeah, yeah. I totally agree to whatever you have said. In today's world has become like a trend. Everyone is talking about it and everyone thinks that they are depressed or they are having some mental sickness. But mental wellness is so much more than just feeling bad about something, feeling sad about something. It is more than that. Okay, so people must know this thing. And you have raised a very good topic
