Yeah. This is good advice. It's hard to take, I think, when you're in the middle of feeling it all. But it is very important and it is always true. It's just not worth it to give time and emotional space to people that won't do that for you back. And then I've proven it time and time again. Maybe. Yeah. It's a good perspective.
