We as a modern solution always be on our phone. The fully phone is so important for us than anything else in this world. We can't live without once looking at our phone in mourning. Or I'll say we tend to look at it in every, every 15 minutes until and unless we're sleeping or where we can't use our phone like schools, colleges or lectures. In short, phone is our world

We can call it a nest addiction. That is the new word I give. But I think we should really avoid it because mobile phones have given huge amount of radiation. Huge and huge amount of radiation. If you just check the SAR value of every phone, you will find that keeping your phone closed near you gives enough radiation so that it can cause cancer in the future. So it should be avoided
