I did not want to base the flavor by adding some pineapple, which I had already, but I did not add it. So I made a fruit custard out of it and plated together. I was going for chicken sausages roasted as well, but I thought that it will be too heavy and it's Sunday and we are Bengali from West Bengal, so we always prefer a heavy breakfast. So that's what made me cancel the sausages and make it completely whatever is right now in front of you
