Body Image & K-pop Culture

So I don't think that's health, like completely cutting off on food. Like she just has a banana, sweet potato and something else I don't remember like coconut water or something in a day. The K poster IU and I don't think that's healthy because it could cause eating disorders. Right? And I believe she also has an eating disorder. So I want to know your views on this before starting on the survey

What I think they can do on their part is not sharing their diet or the eating schedules, because millions of people watch them and they try to do the same, which get them in trouble, like you said. And the fans also need to understand that the Kpop idols not only do diets, but also heavy exercises, yoga and whatnot. So just going on diet and cutting off the vitamins, minerals, proteins, like all these things will not do anything good. This will get them over
