Deep breathing and anxiety

It is actually funny how we pamper our body like a child, treat it to the best of restaurants, overeat, increase weight, hit gym for the same show to the doctor and if we have acidity or lose it and immediately pop in some pills. Do you think people in Pandemic died actually of corona? No. Actually most of dying them died because of fear of anxiety that captivated their mind

You I know what you mean about anxiety some may have underlying causes or other complications or disorders breathing helps to being calm helps and I have noticed through as I can tell nonverbal cues that people will shake their legs violently sideways when they are very anxious. So when I notice this in myself, I do such calmness. I do such things that bring calmness and which alla's anxiety and bring some semblance in your nose. And so this is what I feel
