Teens and social media!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Shrutigupta
And an older study on the impact of social media and undergraduate college students show that the longer they use Facebook, the stronger was their belief that others were happier than they were. But the more time the students spend going out with their friends, the less they felt this way. Because of teens impulsive nature, experts suggest that teens who post content on social media are at risk of sharing photos or highly personal stories. This can result in teens being bullied, harassed, or even blackmailed

And coming to the disadvantages, what happens basically because of this is when a person got addicted to this kind of social media, if they don't get any kind of replies or if they don't get likes and sometimes it looks very silly, but the people who get addicted, they feel very bad when they don't get enough appreciation for the post. And the second most important thing is it will actually make them isolated from the people because always they'll be busy with their phone and social media

How do I how important your time is, like, how you divide your time and eventually you work on yourself and yeah, that's about it. And then how can you use it for your own personal growth? That is the most important part of it
