Bingewatching is a relatively new behavioral phenomenon, which is defined as watching between two and six episodes of a TV show in one setting. This behavior started to gain popularity and as a result of the development of multiple on demand streaming platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Apple TV. In 2013, Netflix created new ways of consuming TV shows where the viewers can choose from extensive and diverse content and watch as many episodes of TV series as they want

Hello. So, first of all, wonderful topic, and I'm totally guilty of doing this. So mostly due to COVID, this binge watching habits I developed earlier, I didn't th used to really binge watch more than two episodes or something, but in the COVID era, it was like I was free for a lot of time. I was home and they were online classes. I would get distracted and I would watch like, six to ten episodes in one sitting
