Mental Health

article image placeholderUploaded by @shruti.3003
One can seek help from experts in a particular area or can overcome the illness by positive thinking and changing their lifestyle. Regular fitness exercises like morning walks, yoga and meditation have proved to be a great medicine for curing mental health. Besides, it is imperative to have a good diet and enough sleep. A person needs seven to 9 hours of sleep every night on average. When someone is tired yet still can't sleep, it's a symptom that their mental health is unstable

You're you should wake up early in the morning. So of course that is also the thing to change our lifestyle. But still, sometimes we really do need help from a therapist or from a certain authority

So in all of those cases, if you feel like it's a repetitive pattern that has been going on since, like, months, I feel you should go and visit a therapist. Because for me, a therapist is not just a person who's, like, treating you. It's not just a demand or doctor, but it is basically a person you need to go to in order for you to get free of your stress and overthinking

Everyone should think positive and just don't focus on others and just be themselves. Focus on themselves. Make them mental priority. I think then mental health will be very good

And I think the reason is media, for sure. If media can print anything, then why not they talk about mental health issues? Why don't we see advertisements on these issues? I think this is very alarming that it's time to talk about mental health. See, the purpose of this will is not to again talk about mental health or to describe it or to give a definition. The time is to actually talk about reality, whether it's it has been implemented or not
