The Anchor

article image placeholderUploaded by @Shru_shoozie
You. The boat stood still, waiting. The waters appeared rather perturbed. Yet parked myself on the boat, was I anxious. I had the strongest anchor. The waxing crescent moon had me anchored to my fortitude glimmering mysterious lee in the stark night sky. It is but incomplete. Oh, such is the craving for the excitement of the unknown, the sweet tragedy of mystery

Yakamoz- the musings of my heart, my first published poetry book. In all uts rawness and innocence, presented to the world. Avbl. on Amazon/Flipkart.

Hi. The lines that you said were of deep meaning and few words were literally very new for me. But I could actually understand and sense the feeling and the hidden meaning behind every line. It was really such a fantastic as well. And I really admire the way the lines are written, the way the feelings are expressed. Thank you so much for sharing this well with us. Have a great day

You just went ahead and did not pay much attention to the complexity of it, and you just thought about actually sensing the feeling, the emotion behind the poetry. Yes, I do agree poetry can be tricky. But people like you, if you exist, then you will make poetry successful. I wish you all the success. Lots of love. Thanks a lot. Bye
