Because it's either you haven't taken it to God in prayer or either you're carrying something that you shouldn't be carrying. Because the scripture also says that he wouldn't put no more on us that we could bear. So if God is in that circumstance, if he is in that problem, god is giving you scrimp to bear it. God is giving you scrimp to carry it. He's giving you scrimp to get through it
