Are you in control of your emotions?
What do you need to do? What triggers you? Because that's the area that you need to heal. That's the area that you need to take a deeper look. Because the fact that someone knows that they can't continue to do the same thing to continue to get a reaction out of you, that's something that you're going to have to live with
Some people can just bust out crying because they feel like they need to, but we find ways to deal with it. If everybody could control their emotions, everybody be happy all the time. Why would they choose sadness? If you can control not being sad, why would you be sad for the rest of your life? Not just that, but we'd have a cure for depression and everything. The key is the anger. Anger is what we call control emotions
