How do you blow your life up?
For me, my Am protocol, when I'm doing well, I'm checking in on the heroic app. I'm journaling, I'm meditating, and I'm learning. I listen to philosopher notes and plus ones or I read. If I learn something, even in 1015 minutes reading or listening, I have a better day. Evening protocol tends to be getting sleep. That's my secret weapon. That's the big one. Stop eating hour before

You're. Hey, Shawna. Blowing my day up, I probably would say when I get aggravated. And I don't know how to calm myself down, especially when I get to the limit of something, and it just messed my whole day up. I could alter that and do something to stop the aggression from increasing, but sometimes I just let it fly off the wall and I just stay mad and just be aggressive that day. I just have a power that day
