And I will try, I promise I will try to promise that I will try to post more than I have been. So anyway, suggestions on what I could do to help lose the weight other than what I'm doing. I'm doing aerobic exercise and walking and I don't eat fatty foods. Maybe it's from years of eating in and out and all that garbage I ate in my teens and twenties and thirties that's caught up with me in menopause
