In the few times I've gone against it, it really just did me dirty. That's pretty much it. I'm a pretty sensitive spirit and, you know, if things aren't in the proper flow, I'm not well. I don't feel well in my body. I don't sleep well, I don't eat well. Everything else is out of whack. I can't be creative, and that's pretty much it

And they found that rhythms really help us all calm down. I listen to different sounds on my phone during the night. Soundscapes, thunderstorms, rivers, oceans. And on the nights when I'm especially upset, I will listen to the sound of a fan because that's more of a regular, regular, regular sound because there's a little bit of differentiation in waves crashing and things like that. But when I've had a really hard day, I listen to the fan and that works for me
