I am not heartless, I am protecting my self 🖤
I'm not heartless I'm protecting myself. Yes, I have realized it late but love is being kind to yourself first. I'm not heartless I just want to be hurt less I have been hurt by people I healed and I have been less broken by people who felt complete around me. You it. And I have been called insensitive by people I was most compassionate with. I'm not heartless I don't want my heart to feel less. Less loved, less admired
Instead, they keep saying, or they keep blaming us, saying that you are selfish, you are heartless and a lot which will actually hurt us a lot. So we have to understand that taking stand for ourselves, or sometimes looking for our happiness is not being heartless, it is protecting ourselves.
