So we had a couple of different kinds of kayakers, different kind of athletes out there today, all ages. We had young, very athletic, very young athletes. And we also had some of the older population, which we still are, out there doing it. So one gentleman, he struggled a little bit. He has a little bit of a breathing problem when he gets around fumes of a boat

And then another person getting a gash in their hand and then still finishing the race, like, wow, Sharon, you guys really are your sensational seniors. And I probably need to hang out with you guys a little bit and catch up. And I like your question at the end. You know, if there's something that we want to do that was a little scary that we just haven't done it. And, you know, the first one that comes in the line is skydiving

And my 35 year old son looked at me and said, mom, you're doing it. I got to do it. And he dropped all kinds of weight, and he started working out, and he's pretty ripped right now. And the two of us use each other as a sounding board. He's my motivation. So find somebody that you can say, hey, this is my goal for the year. Let's go parachuting

And I would love to hear more about the journey between you and your son. Maybe that could be a series for you. I would love to hear that going through that transformation together and to hear the bond between you and your son, I think would be great to hear. And again, hope you're having a wonderful day. Love the message. And you are. Very motivational. Keep that keep it going. Keep it going and enjoy the rest of your day

Well, about maybe six, eight years ish. After that, my father started getting back into the gym and working out daily and was seeing some gains. My mom, not so much. She was just like, I'm too old for that. And after my father passed, it really brought a lot to light for her. So now she at 66, she's lost over maybe close to £40, is still working out daily, does yoga
