Thank you so much for the reply, Meenu. And thank you for the compliment. I understand where you're coming from in the sense I completely resonate with what you just said about working with youngsters and then trying to take them along, not just their work, but their thought process and at a very core mental and behavioral level. And that got me thinking and analyzing what stops me from reacting or what help me not say things which internally I would want to say in that reaction
