We're like garden hoses that are not held and they just spew water everywhere. And that's what we do with pain. If it's unchecked, we spew it everywhere. And so I think one of the biggest things that has changed my life was owning every one of my choices and realizing on bad days, wait a minute, I chose this. I chose this. And this was for a reason
A powerful message, indeed. A lesson. The lessons are all around. It's so powerful to shift that mindset and to begin accepting things. I'm trying to remember this amazing quote that I just heard recently. It's something to the context of nothing meant for you will pass you by. And that's kind of freeing, right?
