I used to do yoga, I used to do Par yoga when I was in my class in eight standard, and for a couple of years I did that and I used to go to this class. So since I used to go somewhere else to do it, it was part of my schedule and I didn't have a lot of trouble incorporating it, if you know what I mean

You. Hi. Good evening. Well, let's understand why it's difficult to stick with the schedule. It is said that the most difficult thing to do is to start a task. Right now, we wait for motivation to strike before taking an action. But what if I say we are looking in the wrong way? We need to focus on actions rather than wait for motivation

Unless the body and soul are apart in terms of coordination and connection, yoga is not able to help with anything. Still, one question which revolves around my brain is that can this yoga, the connection of body and soul help us out in the pain management of our body? If yes, then what tips or Asanas would you recommend to help out our body and pain management?

Start noticing which thought is causing the pain and what exactly is triggering you. Every time the pain strikes and with just simple breath work, you can let it go out of your body. I have done more than thousand sessions in India and abroad. And I have helped people with their pain. For more understanding of this topic, visit me on Instagram at Shambavi Heels. Thank you

Hi. I just wanted to start off by saying that thank you so much for sharing this. Well, I really appreciate you taking time and making it. I really love doing yoga and have a lot of fun doing it. I think yoga is really important for the mind and the body, and it's a really good rest reliever. I would like to ask a question though. My question would probably be for you

Hello Shambhavi. Thank you so much for your valuable inputs on this topic of yoga and I truly appreciate that how you have analyzed and critically evaluated every aspect of it. I truly understand and agree with your point that yoga can help one in the mental and physical well, this I would also like to quote that as it is said in the Bhagavad gita yoga is the journey of the self through the self and to the self. It not only beautifies your mind, but also your body and your soul
