I am triggered!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Shambhavi.heals
I realize it may be unpleasant right now, but notice the emotions that arise when you think of this person. Though it is difficult to understand, this person is pointing you towards your healing. They are a messenger to help you identify emotional wounds that require healing. I want you all to think about it. That why a certain person is in your life and for what reason. So do this exercise today and always remember, the people who trigger you the most are your best teachers

Triggers are necessary for healing to occur #mentalhealth #spiritualjourney

People who trigger you, situations who trigger you that trigger you often end up being your greatest teachers if you're willing to approach it with an intentional and directed sense of calm. So, yeah, great thought

Everyone, everything, every experience is a teacher….

Maybe because we don't have the required ability or emotional ability to comprehend and accept it in the moment, or we don't have the tenacity to really again, accept that I am learning something here and not going through trauma or going through something wrong here. And we may not realize it in that particular moment, but when we look back, life in itself is a complete teacher. And that's what we are doing

And since you said it could point towards healing, I just realized what was actually bothering me, what was actually triggering me there. And I have been in discussion with my psychologist in a very deep conversations about this. And I am so happy that I'll have one point to tell her. Next time, maybe I can work on it and get relief, and hopefully I can manage my triggers
