Tricking Creativity into Staying!

article image placeholderUploaded by @shafali
And, you know, there's this beautiful thing about creativity, which is the moment you give it a problem, if it is not asleep, it starts trying to solve it. So I looked at all the other material that I kept with me. There's a box, a sewing box, and there's a lot of thread that I have in a lot of colors. So I looked into my box and I came up with an idea. I thought, well, the compact is gone

#Creativity doesn't like to be ignored and so the best way to make it stay is to engage it. #writing #painting

And for me, I think it's really important to remain open to every such source instead of limiting myself to one or I mean, just because I write, I can't limit myself to just books or poems by others, right. It's important to explore. I think that's what really rejuvenates my creative juices, just exploring and seeing what other people do with their creativity. But I think your way of preserving your creativity is actually very creative. I loved collecting stones

It's not that I'm writing, but that observation keeps me motivated. And that gave me numerous ideas in my writing. So for me, observation and, of course, reading, listening, these factors are there. But firstly, I would say you need to observe something in order to kind of, I would say, apply, or maybe able to feel inside you so that it comes out in the form of the agreement I really liked. And welcome to this platform

Walnut shells #creativity

If going out, let's say out of the house for a break or going to the park for a jog, if that can help you stay creative, then that is the way you should try to stay creative. The idea is that we shouldn't let creativity become dormant. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, and I just love the way you had presented everything. It was so cohesive, so comprehensive. Just loved your reply

And I am not really sure why I'm thinking about it right now. But what I have noticed is that when I leave the work that I'm doing. The creative work that I'm doing. For instance. Writing or painting. When I leave it for a few days. Do a few other things and then circle back to it. I see that my competence in that has increased. So this is not so much about creativity

So it delineates you from the noise outside and makes you understand or makes you hear the true voice that is probably silenced by the noise all around you. When I listen to such music and I leave a link for you, one of the links that is that kind of is my go to mindset when I'm trying to get restarted with my creative block, if at all. The other thing is that it's more internal

Hello. Aayan. Thanks for sharing your creativity hacks. I would like to start by saying that I am not too much into music. In fact, when I listen to music, it is actually to listen to the lyrics. But I went through the link that you had left, and I liked it. But to be very honest, I'm not into music. I understand what you mean when you say that not having to perform within a given framework of set expectations helps

And so for me, that therefore, I find that yoga Pranaya, sudarshan kriya has helped a great deal. I start my day with that, and I noticed that my energy levels significantly improve, and so I am able to respond and react to situations in a much more positive light. And also, I think creativity begins with looking at things from a fresh perspective, which is what you have shared here, your compact use of that compact mirror or be in the wallet shell

All those debilitating thoughts, they are thrown out of the window. They leave me. And because my creativity is now at work, my creativity begins to demand more problems to solve. And then I give my creativity the real problem that needs to be solved, possibly a content creation problem or a training problem. Or if I am writing a blog post, then I tell my creativity that, now you focus on this blog post and you come up with a post that is really interesting

Hi, Shafali. Thanks for sharing this thread. I really find it very unique. Like, yes. So, as you said, you created this beautiful mirror in the picture by yourself, out of the things around you. So I find it like, really amazing. If you're creative enough, you will find out the things around you to contribute to help in creating new things, beautiful things. I think I'll try to pursue this. I will try to just maybe learn from this

Putting ourselves in situations that demand a solution, wakes up our creativity #creativity #solutioning

Thanks for your kind words. There are just a couple of things that I would like to say in response to what you have said. The first thing that I want to tell you is that creativity is not something that we need to acquire. Creativity is something which is always within us. So actually, we are all creative people. However, there is a possibility that creativity has gone dormant or it has kind of slipped off within us
