Question of the Day: What Would You Like To Experience Within The Next 5 Years?
So my question of the day is, what would you like to experience in the next five years? For me, I'd really like to travel some more and explore some more of the world. One thing that's on my bucket list before I die, but I was actually hoping that would happen within the next five years is traveling to Thailand. I have some relatives who still live over there who I've actually never met. What else?
This spend more time with family. So I know it's not necessarily a typical bucket list thing, but I think deep down, maybe everyone could find themselves wanting to have a business that they can take step back from and only work three, 4 hours a week and still make six figures. So that's what my target in the next couple of years is. Looking forward to some more of these questions. I'm going to give you a follow and keep watching for more. Cheers

It has been a long road of dealing with a lot of rejection over the years in working on my craft and publishing short stories and essays and all those things. But I'm really looking forward to hopefully being ready. And having not only the continued resilience to keep putting my work out there, but also, hopefully, the good fortune and luck and grit to finally get these two books out in the world. Thank you so much for this opportunity

I don't know I need to do better with my health and I've been trying to improve my health and exercise more, but currently it was floated over the 4 July that we should run around Mount Hood, and so I guess we're doing that. It's like a 41, 42 miles run. And I have not done anything. I guess the most I've ever done is like 29 miles
And I feel like it's something that I personally have not thought about because I like what I do right now. But that's something that sounds very desirable. That's something that I would love to strive for myself is to have a business that I can run. What kind of business?
Never enough to create a book from, but I definitely relate with you. And having that as a goal and I don't know, it just drives my curiosity. I'm so curious to know what you write about. For me personally, I write short stories that are horror or suspenseful just because I think there's a specific and certain craft to writing a short story. It's an art form, almost. Now, I don't think you mentioned that
And one thing that we've always done I don't know if this is the same as what you've experienced, but whenever we've cooked for guests of any kind, we usually don't dish up or eat until every one of our guests has had a chance to dish up and eat. It's just been the way of life forever. Whenever we cook for people outside of our circle, they all get to dish up and eat first. And that's just how it is
And so maybe that's just a bit of my American coming through, being brought up in the United States, but we're no different than they are, so we're perfectly fine eating at the same table they're eating at, so to speak. And there was some very strange things that happened in Thailand, similar things, where we had this guy

For me, I would list I see myself in terms of what I want to experience. I want to experience not cancel, cancel, reset. I will experience in the next five years endless unlimited travel and travel to many different places of different climates. I tend to prefer traveling to places that are warm and tropical and challenging myself to travel to places regardless of what their climate is like
