Today I'm just all about feeding myself in every way possible. So things that are on slow cast and music and food and all the things. So today is just all about nourishment for me, all the way around. Sunshine, of course, because I love the sunshine. I love the outdoors. Trying to ground my energy to stay in my own space. That's what's on the docket for me today. Have a great day

Yeah, that's what's up. I like what you said about the nutrients. And what is your favorite dish that you can cook? I want to know, what do you like cooking? I definitely love the sun as well. I love nature. I'm going to be going to Seattle this year to go back into their nature forests and different things and the summertime. I love the nature

Like, I make the sauce from scratch, the noodles from scratch, the meatballs from scratch. Everything is from scratch. It takes all day, but it's so good, so worth it. But I also love to make, like, if I'm doing a day where I don't want to eat a whole lot of carbs, I love to make stuffed bell peppers with all the meat and the veggies
