Overthinking creates problems not solutions

article image placeholderUploaded by @Sejal_Sharma
But let me tell you one thing. Taking more stress doesn't actually help you find a solution. It just increases the amount of stress that you already have on your head. And I guess many people have already realized that. But we're not taking any action to calm down or stop taking stress because when we, when something wrong happens in our life, we get upset about it. We start crying and we start releasing our emotions in a negative direction

Instead of saying that you can't do something and giving up, you should always try your best. And even if you fail, at least you know that you tried. Like they say, if you don't try, you'll never know

It does not work in workplaces. You can't always look at the bright side, right? You can't be like, okay, in this plane crash, so many people died, but at least there were two survivors. So what if out of 102 people, 100 people died? There are at least two survivors? Look at the bright rig. See, that's not how it works. And that is not how mental health works either, right?

Like the example that you gave that if there is a plane crash and there were 200 people of the plane no, 102 people on the plane and 100 of them died, only two were the survivors. So we can't look at, oh wow, two people survived and just be happy about it. We'd still be really grieving the loss of those hundred. But the thing is, taking this example itself, you can't bring those hundred people back
