So I would love for all of us to consider prioritizing communication in our relationships. By no means am I trying to tell you guys what to do. I'm just speaking from experience that communication is literally the base work for everything in relation whether it comes to money, sex, finances, per se, education, traveling, conflict, resolutions, intimacy, the type of food that you want to eat

Yeah, absolutely. I'm with you. Conscious communication. And I remember learning in a Psychology of relationships course in college that the quality of relationship is not determined by how much you're communicating or even having difficult conversations, but like, the way in which you can communicate in those. So it's like nothing's wrong. Like it's actually better for couples to communicate more, even though sometimes people don't like that discomfort of having the hard conversations
